Sales Account Manager

Location: Jersey City, NJ, United States
The experienced sales candidate will be responsible for developing and managing all aspects of sales operations. 

  • Forecast sales, achieve growth, and hit sales targets by successfully generating and closing leads. 
  • Set up and monitor pipeline tracking system, automation, and workflows using Salesforce. 
  • Develop a business plan for revenue and expense controls. 
  • Analyze line of business operations to determine profitability and establish a baseline for action and operational changes. 
  • Work with the sales team, making calls, talking to clients, giving the pitch, etc. 
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.  
  • Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry. 
  • Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track success.

Required Qualifications
  • BS/BA Degree in marketing or business
  • 3+ years sales experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts.
  • Solar industry experience.
  • An analytical mind and interest in using data to optimize/scale strategies and tactics.
  • Proficient using Salesforce
