Marketing Coordinator

Location: Hoboken, NJ, United States
The Marketing Coordinator will manage all aspects of marketing, lead development, and brand building.  The position will assist with the development and implementation of a sales & marketing plan that will build our brand and drive leads to the business development team.  You must continually add value to the organization beyond your day-to-day tasks.  Track all marketing efforts in Salesforce and calculate the ROI.  Maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs.  Conduct feedback surveys and gather testimonials.  Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns.  Measure and optimize our paid marketing using dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports.  Craft landing pages and lead generation forms for our content to distribute through relevant paid programs.  Optimize content for search engines and lead generation.  Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions.  Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines.  Create blog content.  Create content for calls to action.  Grow our subscriber base by providing them with regular, helpful content.  Create & manage email newsletters.  Manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content.  Manage segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions.  Measure results and optimize the lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers.  Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.  Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread our brand and content.  Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry.  Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success.  Create free downloadable resources to drive leads, subscribers, & awareness (examples include 1-pagers, whitepapers, infographics, guides, etc.).  Create or manage the creation of illustrations and graphics.  Manage third party vendors for video, animation, and voiceovers.  Conducts research into competitive companies and the surrounding market.  Make initial contact with leads to set them up for the sales team.

Required Qualifications
2+ years of marketing and content creation experience.
Marketing education degree 
An analytical mind and interest in using data to optimize/scale blog marketing strategies and tactics.
Experience managing business development activities, automation, and workflows through Salesforce.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our business' various types of content.
Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts.
Proficient using Adobe Creative Suite.
