Account Manager

Job Description:
The account manager will manage existing customers, and be instrumental in customer success initiatives and driving revenue generating growth. You will be primarily responsible for customer relationship, account management, CRM management, customer training and contract management.  Develop excellent relationships with customers and be the single point of contact’ for all customer needs.  Achieve customer success by engaging customers, ensuring customers are provided with positive services, and facilitate services through operations organization. Periodic review with customers on qualitative & quantitative feedback, effective communication of customer feedback into the product and operations teams.  Develop account specific success plans and ensure seamless transition from sales to operations, customer on-boarding, recommendations & advice around best practices.  Periodic training during new feature delivery. Drive innovative training approaches process, customized training programs catering to customer needs (digital training, workshops, etc.).  

Requirements:
BS required (MS/MBA preferred)
2-3 years of experience in electrical utility or independent power producer and strong knowledge of wind and solar 
asset management
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to persuasively communicate recommendations and effective customer advocacy 
Proven ability to manage customer relations across the globe, and the ability to work with customers across various levels of an organization
