The Sales Operations Manager will support the sales and marketing team with Salesforce.com administration and analysis, ongoing relationship management, tracking of campaigns and events, management of sales collateral, and the implementation of firm guidelines, tools, and processes related to sales and marketing functions.
 
The SOM will serve as the administrator of Salesforce and email marketing tools.
This position will require a strong understanding of the organization’s thought leadership, solutions approach, work product, and growth strategy. Will help drive best practices in CRM planning and management by working with senior leadership and sales/marketing team. 

The candidate will also work with the marketing team to implement new email, newsletter, and print campaigns; segment database and develop contact lists; deploy campaigns and troubleshoot as necessary, and track response rates and effectiveness.

The SOM will track relationship lifecycles and sales/marketing effectiveness.

This position will work with sales and marketing teams to generate regular reports detailing: leading/trailing indicators, open activities, and user statistics.

Requirements:
5+ years in a sales operations position.
3+ years experience working with email marketing campaigns & software.
Experience tracking and calculating effectiveness of multi-platform campaigns (web, email, print, live) through Salesforce.com.
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a sales-related field.
Experience with web content management systems.
