The construction manager will be required to split time between the three sites, which are being built in phases, and work from home as needed. You will act as on site owner’s representative throughout project lifecycle, run meetings with subcontractors, client and company parties, identify contract requirements between company and all counterparties to ensure compliance, monitor project progress in accordance with contract requirements, highlight and mitigate issues that arise throughout construction cycle, and coordinate site activities between subcontractors, site host, and Company.
Additionally you will review associated contracts, identify requirements, and create and manage project plan to meet requirements, identify project risks, create a mitigation plan for these risks, and monitor throughout project lifecycle, lead coordination between project stakeholders, utilities, vendors, and contractors, apply and enforce project standards, policies, and procedures, and create and execute project work plans and revise, as appropriate, to meet changing needs of project requirements.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office including Excel and Project required.
- Minimum of 4+ years of Commercial solar Project Manager experience with large projects over $3 million.
- California and Nevada General Contractor’s License preferred
