The Solar Racking, Team Lead is responsible for the growth and profitability of solar racking solutions. The Team Lead will assume full P&L responsibilities for the product line, and manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch.
He or she will perform global market research and analysis to understand customer needs and drive the future direction of our offering. This position will develop and own the strategy and product roadmap. Perform all product management activities including pricing, market and competitive analysis, product positioning, forecasting, planning, collateral creation, and inventory management
The Solar Racking, Team Lead will work collaboratively with engineering to define and deliver solutions to the market. Own the complete life cycle management for assigned products from product definition to end-of-life, as well as the transition to a next generation of services offering. Support the development of marketing communication plans. Build awareness of our products, technology, and strategy among key influencer. Support key customer relationships, including product customization
10+ years of Marketing and Product Management experience
MBA a plus
Experience in photovoltaics (racking or trackers)
Excellent communication skills, strong analytical problem-solving skills, good planning and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Must be able to travel domestically 25% of the time
