As Origination Manager, you will be a key member of the Development team, working across the US solar market to identify and close relationships and pipelines of solar assets for our client to finance, construct and own. The Origination Manager will also work on new target strategies as part of company's expansion plans. This will include identifying origination targets which line up with company investment parameters and collect information on solar partnership and investment opportunities, work with the relevant divisions, lead commercial and technical diligence of prospect opportunities, and negotiating commercial terms to transact on prospect opportunities.
You will be responsible for preparing and managing opportunity pipelines and schedules, providing concise summary reports and status updates to the management team, and supporting the company’s efforts to expand into new markets.
- Minimum 6 years’ relevant solar experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Salesforce, Smartsheets, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- BA/BS college or university degree, relevant Graduate degree preferred
