Energy Storage Business Manager

The Energy Storage Business Manager oversee the operations of the organization by tracking and managing key initiatives, defining and managing new projects, collecting feedback and input from cross-functional teams to create business case analyses, and following up from meetings to ensure deliverables and commitments are met in timely manner. 
 
You will be responsible for supporting and executing business activities including driving the overall marketing and brand strategy for off site events, maintaining weekly reporting to be able to identify trends, coordinating business-wide procedures and work to improve existing processes for maximum clarity, efficiency, and success, supporting and / or providing input to the formulation, development and/or revision of operating policies, procedures and strategies for the organization, developing high impact communications for executive, manager-level, and organization-wide audiences, partnering with other stakeholders within the team and across Energy Business, and supervising daily operations and support, oversee projects of high importance. 

You will have strong project management skills to organize a busy workload and deliver projects on time, excellent written and interpersonal communication and collaboration skills, experience in building effective business processes for international teams, understand the energy storage value chain including key components and key vendors within those components, understand utility and IPP economics, the ability to work in and partner with cross-functional teams in highly matrixed and global environment, and impeccable attention to detail and a relentless focus on execution with the highest degree of quality. 

Requirements:
  • B.S. or B.A. Degree, preferably with relevant work experience in Energy Storage or Renewables. MBA preferred. 
  • 5+ years of business program management, business operations, consulting or equivalent experience 
  • Outstanding project management skills to organize a busy workload and deliver projects on time  
  • Ability to analyze and compile large sets of data and present effective reports; Working knowledge of Python, NoSQL/Hadoop, SQL, Data Visualization, Machine Learning or similar data analytic tools a plus
