Execute tactical outreach, referral generation and other pipelining efforts to support Human Resources team.
Gather market intelligence and identify shifts in industry hiring that present sourcing opportunities.
Network with professional organizations/groups.
Screen applications in database and forward best fit for each position to Human Resources team and Hiring Managers.
Represent the Company as a preferred industry leader and employer.
Post and track job descriptions on internet boards such as LinkedIN, Indeed, Glassdoor, company website etc.
Assist team with candidate phone screens.
3-5 years of experience recruiting in Renewable Energy, Solar, Wind, Power Generation, and Electrical Field Services.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Experience in building relationships.
Active and engaged approach to online media and sourcing strategies
MS office and Applicant Tracking System experience
