-Manage a team of recruiters dedicated to the solar industry. The appropriate candidate must have experience with the recruiting process and know how to lead and manage a team with strict mission goals. Evaluate and streamline the recruitment life cycle; including, posting, sourcing, prescreening, scheduling, background, references, offer, onboarding, etc.).
Develop appropriate marketing strategies and service-level agreements to ensure an effective and efficient recruitment lifecycle while minimizing cost-per-hire.
-Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent.
-Develop effective relationships within the organization to have influence and impact the recruiting process and hiring.
-Develop, initiate and maintain effective programs for workforce retention, promotion and succession planning.
-Manage the maintenance and execution of the performance management system, including current job descriptions, standards of performance and performance evaluation instruments.
-Serve as a business partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
-Perform benchmark research on compensation and benefits
-Onboard new hires
-Proven work experience as a Director of Talent or similar role within the Renewable Energy industry
-10+ years of broad HR experience including talent acquisition and performance management.
-Recent experience recruiting in multiple discipline areas and levels, including hiring for nonexempt, exempt and leadership positions.
-Acts with high-energy and a bias-for-action, but at the same time demonstrates a collaborative 'co-creation' approach to solution development.
-Experience delivering employee training programs
-Hands-on experience with Human Resources tools and relevant software (e.g. Applicant Tracking Systems)
