This position is fully remote reporting into our head office in Jersey City. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in researching and generating lists of potential customers and candidates.
  • Competitive analysis of client accounts to provide sourcing resources for the recruiting team. 
  • Research and develop leads to support the business development teams with high quality client information packages. 
  • Data management for applicant tracking systems (ATS) - list building, profile updates, data cleanup and management
  • Assist Recruiting team, Account Management team and Operations Director with data entry tasks in relation to trade shows and conferences
  • Working with recruiters to provide support as needed with candidates, hiring managers, and requisition management.
  • Build collaborative relationships with leaders across EnergeiaWorks to understand business needs in order to proactively build talent pools for critical roles.
  •  Identify, develop and maintain strategic partnerships with community groups that support talent sourcing strategies (e.g. professional associations, diversity and inclusion groups, post-secondary schools etc.).
  • Understands and achieves KPIs focused on quality while balancing quantity of Candidates. 
  • Ability to shift focus quickly as needs change within Energeiaworks. 

  • Postgraduate study with an Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • ​Proficiency with business software (Google, Microsoft, video conferencing, etc.)
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently
  • Interested in learning about renewable energy and recruiting
  • Very task-oriented
  • Self-starter and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
  • Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
