As the Real Estate Attorney you will support all real estate matters for portfolios of development construction, and operating projects. This will include clearing title policy and survey issues, diligently addressing environmental issues in transactions, reviewing title pro forma and surveys, preparing purchase or lease agreements, deeds, affidavits, and estoppels, and coordinating closings. As the Real Estate Attorney you will review title reports and create title curative plans, including fatal flaw analysis potential land purchases and projects. You will assist with permitting, zoning, and land use issues with the help of local counsel.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant real estate law experience
