Engineering Services Manager

As the Engineering Services Manager you will be responsible for operations of the Energy Storage team while setting the over all execution of projects including budget, schedule, and technical project details. In this role you will make decisions about the overall technical approach, results, and conclusions to satisfy clients expectations and reduce and mitigate potential project risks.

You will be responsible for coordinating and assigning team members to projects depending on project/client priority, initiatives and assignments that will be aligned with client’s expectations and overall objectives and priorities. You will also have a technical knowledge that compliments the team to  discuss, defend, coach and execute a great variety of technical subjects in deep detail.

Additionally you will be responsible for the day to day projects execution: deadlines, scope of works, deliverables, and reports, day to day team management translating long-term goals, objectives and priorities into daily tasks, initiatives, and actions, resource planning and workload allocation among the team members using key metrics considering multidisciplinary skillsets among the team, and a deep technical review and approval of deliverables and reports while providing constructive feedback and suggestions to optimize and add overall value to clients.


  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the solar industry
  • 5 years managing teams of engineers
  • Masters’ degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical
  • Licensed Professional Engineer is highly valuable
  • C&I and Utility Solar PV Project Development, Energy Modeling, Modules Technology, System Design & Engineering, Owners & Independent Engineering, Field Testing and Inspections, Inverters, Transformers, High Voltage equipment, Transmission and Distribution
